Uniform Delivery, Cancellations, Payments, Refunds and Returns Policy

Click & Collect

UNIFORM ORDERS

You will be notified when orders are available to collect from Student Services.  Please allow at least 48 hours for processing although this time frame can vary. Please bring your invoice or receipt with you.

WORKBOOK ORDERS

Workbooks will be handed out by the teacher in class once your order is processed.

We do not currently ship/deliver orders.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at any time. If payment has occurred before cancellation of the order, then a full refund will be given. Refunds will be made back to the credit card on which the purchase was made.

Payment

All school uniform orders must be paid for in full before the order can be dispatched via the following methods – debit card, credit card, cash or internet banking. Uniform purchases are not able be paid for by being added to a student’s school account.

Returns

  • An online order must be returned within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund. Items to be returned cannot have been worn and must be in must be unworn and in their original condition to be returned. Southland Girls’ High School reserves the right to refuse to refund worn items.
  • Damaged, worn or altered garments will not be exchanged, credited or refunded.
  • If a fault should appear after a garment has been worn it must be laundered before return.
  • Shipping costs of returning an item for a full refund will be at your own expense.
  • If an item needs to be exchanged for a different size, then the postage costs of returning the item will be at the purchaser’s expense.

To return your order it must be accompanied by a copy of the original order or invoice and sent to:

We strongly recommend that you return items via COURIER TRACK AND TRACE rather than standard post as all returned items remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us.

Faulty Goods

If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Faulty item needs to be clean upon return.

Change of Mind

Purchasers have seven (7) days in which they can change their mind.
